As Chief of Operations for The Katzen Team at Douglas Elliman, Conor works alongside one of New York City’s leading luxury real estate teams, helping oversee the systems, strategy, and day-to-day execution that support hundreds of millions of dollars in annual transactions. His role sits at the intersection of operations, client experience, marketing, and business development—ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully managed and every client interaction reflects the team’s commitment to excellence.
Before entering real estate, Conor held positions with leading entertainment and talent organizations, including Artists First, Paradigm Talent Agency, and Independent Artists Group. Those experiences sharpened his ability to navigate complex situations, manage competing priorities, and deliver a high level of service in fast-paced environments.
Now expanding his role within the business, Conor combines operational rigor with a hospitality-driven mindset. Known for his focus, effectiveness, and measured approach, he is a trusted resource to both clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, he enjoys Broadway and Off-Broadway theatre, New York City’s cultural landscape, and the world of Japanese role-playing games.
